Homemade Rain Stick!

When its 110 degrees outside we don't leave the house and make crafts! Today we made rain sticks which turned out super cool! We took some old tubes, nailed nails into them, filled them with beans, decorated with paper, string, material, beads, paint etc. Now the boys are working on their "rain dances"! Wish I could say this was my brilliant idea but it was not. Found idea here.
p.s. whenever I ask the boys to smile for a picture these are the beautiful faces I receive!
