* 2 cups Almond Meal
* 1 tsp Baking Powder
* 1 tsp Baking Soda
* 1 tsp Cinnamon
* 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
* 1 cup Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
* 3 Bananas mashed (medium)
* 2 Eggs
I blended up blueberries in blender along with the bananas.
Just don’t blend to long. Otherwise you can mash them by hand.
Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
